(MAHWAH, N.J.) - July 20, 2017 – Land Rover is pleased to announce that the Range Rover Evoque Five-Door has received the highest Total Quality score in the Near-Luxury Utility Segment, according to the 2017 Strategic Vision Total Quality Impact™ (TQI) report released today. This recognition for the luxury compact SUV illustrates the Land Rover brand’s dedication to providing buyers with an all-around rewarding customer experience.
The Range Rover Evoque was recognized for its thoughtful engineering, image, exterior workmanship, climate control system and interior styling, among other factors. Surveyed buyers, more than a quarter of which were millennials, noted that they love the feeling of owning a Land Rover and are proud to own the Range Rover Evoque.
The 23rd annual TQI study from Strategic Vision captures responses from over 42,000 new-vehicle buyers between the months of July and December 2016. Buyers are surveyed after the first 90 days of vehicle ownership and are asked to rate all aspects of their buying, owning and driving experience. This accounts for a wide variety of aspects, including customers' commitment to advocacy and vehicle loyalty. The score is a holistic measure that encompasses positive and negative product experiences including reliability, actual problems, driving excitement and other measures that are collectively energized by the emotional response associated with the aggregate of all those experiences - hence Total Quality.

The award win follows strong business momentum as last month Land Rover sales hit 5,760 units, the best June sales month for the brand ever. Year to date, Jaguar Land Rover North America sales are up 19%.
