The team of eight, which includes both James and Pippa Middleton, will cycle 3,000 miles over eight days to raise money for the Michael Matthews Foundation, a charity set‑up to help provide an education to children all over the world.
The Race Across America is an annual transcontinental bicycle race, now in its 33rd year, which begins in Oceanside, California and finishes in Annapolis, Maryland.
