LEADERS IN MODERN BRITISH LUXURY: RANGE ROVER RETURNS AS OFFICIAL PARTNER OF THE CHAMPIONSHIPS, WIMBLEDON

1 July 2025

Range Rover continues its partnership with The Championships, Wimbledon to bring together the world's oldest tennis tournament and, in its 55th anniversary year, the original peerless modern luxury SUV brand, in a union epitomising British creativity and spirit.

Range Rover continues its official partnership with The Championships, Wimbledon for the second year, uniting the luxury brand and the prestigious tennis tournament.

A hallmark of British tradition, The Championships is a global highlight of the summer social and sporting calendars. Watched by millions around the world, the Grand Slam will once again be supported by Range Rover as the Official Vehicle Partner for 2025, speaking to JLR’s long‑standing partnership with The Championships, spanning over a decade.

The partnership brings together the world's oldest tennis tournament and, in its 55th anniversary year, the original peerless modern luxury SUV brand, in a union epitomising British creativity and spirit. Range Rover branding will feature on the ‘speed of serve’ display on Centre Court and No.1 Court for The Championships. Meanwhile, within the grounds, Range Rover will stage an exploration of the brand's design lineage and perpetual influence on modern luxury in The Legacy Dressing Room, through a cinematic journey across the two distinct eras, from 1970 to 2025, against the backdrop of The Championships.

The vehicle fleet, including the latest Range Rover and Range Rover Sport plug‑in electric hybrid models, will support Wimbledon with luxury transport for players, their teams, and officials throughout The Championships. Vehicles will use AELTC’s on‑site charging infrastructure to maximise their electric range of up to 75 miles **, supporting Wimbledon’s commitment to become more environmentally responsible.

Reducing vehicle emissions is a critical component of Wimbledon’s environment positive commitment. The on‑site charging infrastructure at the recently completed Indoor Tennis Centre is powered by renewable electricity and is capable of accommodating increasing numbers of hybrid and electric vehicles as progress continues towards the All England Club’s 2030 net zero operational emissions target.

Notes to Editors

The All England Club continues to prioritise low‑emission transport solutions. The Indoor Tennis Centre features state‑of‑the‑art charging infrastructure powered entirely by renewable electricity. This facility enables the seamless integration of hybrid and electric vehicles and marks a significant step toward the Club’s goal of achieving net zero operational emissions by 2030.
