- Fiona Pargeter, Customer Experience Director, to leave Jaguar Land Rover after 10 years
- Finbar McFall, Product Marketing Director, will take immediate responsibility for the Customer Experience function

Coventry, UK, 9 January 2020 – Fiona Pargeter, Customer Experience Director, has announced her intention to leave Jaguar Land Rover.
Fiona has worked for Jaguar Land Rover for 10 years, joining as Land Rover PR Director and moving up to Jaguar Land Rover PR Director before assuming her current role.
We would like to thank Fiona for her 10 years of dedicated service to our two great brands. During her tenure she has successfully led the global PR campaigns for more than 40 new Jaguar and Land Rover products including the Range Rover Evoque, Jaguar F-TYPE and the World Car of the Year Award-winning Jaguar I-PACE. We wish Fiona all the very best and success for the future.

Finbar McFall, Product Marketing Director, will take interim responsibility for the Jaguar Land Rover Customer Experience function, in addition to his current role, effective Monday 13 January. Finbar is an expert in the business – having worked in various global marketing and communications roles he is well placed to lead the team while a replacement for Fiona is found.
Also effective 13 January, Andre Oosthuizen joins Jaguar Land Rover as Jaguar Communications Director, reporting to Finbar. Andre has a wealth of experience in strategic brand management and experiential marketing, and arrives from his role as Senior Vice President of Hagerty, where he was responsible for brand strategy, audience development, and PR. Andre has previously held senior marketing positions at Porsche in the US and Dubai.
