Whitley, UK, Tuesday 2 April 2024: JLR UK celebrated the accomplishments of its retail partners at its most recent ‘Retailer of the Year Awards’.
Held earlier in March at Fairmont Windsor Park, the Awards recognised the exceptional contribution and achievements from the last year across the Jaguar and Land Rover network.
Lloyd Jaguar Carlisle and Pentland Land Rover Perth won the overall Jaguar and Land Rover ‘Retailer of the Year’ titles respectively, while several other categories saw teams honoured for their performance and track record. The esteemed categories included Client Care; Client Experience; Sales; Most Improved; Financial Services; New Vehicle; Approved Pre‑Owned; Fleet & Business; and Authorised Repairer.
As we embark on an exciting transformation of our UK retail strategy, which places outstanding client care and experience at the forefront, it was a privilege to acknowledge the continued dedication and support of our retail partners in delivering our modern luxury vision
