JLR RETAILERS CELEBRATED IN ANNUAL ‘RETAILER OF THE YEAR’ AWARDS

  • The winners of JLR’s ‘Retailer of the Year’ awards have been announced
  • JLR celebrated the achievements of retailers across the UK at a ceremony held at Fairmont Windsor Park
  • Hatfields Jaguar Hull and Lloyd Land Rover Carlisle awarded Jaguar and Land Rover ‘Retailer of the Year’ respectively
  • Hatfields also won ‘Retailer Group of the Year’ for Jaguar, alongside Sinclair for Land Rover

Whitley, UK – Monday 31 March 2025: JLR UK has revealed the winners of its annual Retailer of the Year Awards.

The exceptional accomplishments of retailers across the UK were acknowledged at a ceremony hosted by Clare Balding earlier this month.

The Awards celebrated the achievements of teams across the Jaguar and Land Rover retailer network in the UK. 

Hatfields Jaguar Hull and Lloyd Land Rover Carlisle won the overall Jaguar and Land Rover ‘Retailer of the Year’ awards, while Hatfields was also named as ‘Jaguar Retailer Group of the Year’, alongside Sinclair for ‘Land Rover Retailer Group of the Year.’

Other teams were recognised for their remarkable customer care and performance; the revered categories included: Client Care; Client Experience; Sales; Most Improved; Financial Services; New Vehicle; Approved Used; Fleet & Business; and Authorised Repairer.

As JLR strives to be more client centric and brand led than ever before, it’s important to reflect on the accomplishments of our retailer partners who are key in delivering this. These teams provide an exceptional service and experience for our clients each day and together, we will continue putting our clients at the heart of everything we do.
