Whitley, UK – Thursday 15th May 2025 – Land Rover Discovery is today confirmed as the Official Automotive Partner of Goodwoof 2025, bringing the spirit of family adventure to a host of exclusive experiences and activities at one of the UK’s most beloved dog festivals. Land Rover owners will enjoy priority access through ‘Forward Parking’ – a dedicated area for Discovery, Defender and Range Rover vehicles – alongside exclusive access to the Land Rover Owners' Hospitality space, where guests – and their dogs – can expect complimentary refreshments.

Throughout the event, Goodwoof visitors can explore a series of Discovery‑led moments; at the Halnaker Chalk Pit, guests can experience Discovery from the driving seat, testing out its capability over natural off‑road terrain – with the option to bring their dogs along for the ride and explore Discovery’s specially designed pet carrier. Alternatively, dogs can wait for their owners at the ‘Pet Stop’.

A thoughtfully designed Adventure Trail weaves through Goodwood’s famous grounds, punctuated by hydration stations, a ‘stick library’ and other dog‑friendly moments, while the main Discovery stand hosts a showcase of the latest vehicles and caricaturists for mementos of this unforgettable event.

Goodwoof is a brilliant celebration of life with dogs – and a natural fit for the Discovery brand. Designed to enhance everyday journeys with versatility, comfort and capability, we’re delighted to bring these qualities to one of the most iconic events for dog owners. About Discovery

Discovery makes every day exceptional. Luxury SUVs with up to seven seats for the modern family, each with unrivalled versatility.

Discovery provides comfort and connectivity for everyone, with human‑centred design and technology as uncompromised as its space and practicality.

As part of our vision of modern luxury by design, Discovery Sport is available as an electric hybrid.

The Discovery brand is underpinned by Land Rover – a mark of trust built on 75 years of expertise in technology, vehicle architecture and world‑leading off‑road capability.

Delivering ingenuity since 1989, Discovery is designed and engineered in the UK and sold in 121 countries. It belongs to the JLR house of brands along with Range Rover, Defender and Jaguar.

Since its launch in 1989, Discovery has set the standard for seven‑seat family SUVs, combining innovation with space and practicality. Its family‑friendly stepped roofline has become a Discovery hallmark, creating a distinctive silhouette.

Safety and capability have been at the heart of Discovery. In 1998, it introduced industry‑first Active Cornering Enhancement (ACE) technology, using electronically controlled anti‑roll bars to reduce body roll. A year later, in 1999, it became the first SUV to introduce twin airbags for front seat passengers, and JLR’s Terrain Response technology made its pioneering debut on Discovery in 2004.
