Whitley, UK – Thursday 11 March 2026: JLR celebrated a year of outstanding partnership and achievement at its 2026 Retailer of the Year Awards, recognising 12 months of exceptional performance.
The annual awards honour partners who consistently deliver modern luxury experiences, uphold the highest standards of client care and embody the values of JLR and its house of brands.
Almost 300 colleagues, partners and guests from across the retailer network attended the ceremony at Manchester’s Aviva Studios, the home of the Factory International art, music and culture venue.
I’m inspired by the incredible partners we have in the UK network. The past year has brought challenges for our industry, from the impact of tariffs, and for JLR specifically due to the disruption caused by the cyber incident. Yet through it all, our retailer partners have continued to demonstrate exceptional resilience, class‑leading professionalism and unwavering dedication in support of Range Rover, Defender, Discovery and Jaguar. In the next year our brands will evolve significantly, and the strength and commitment of our partners has never been so vital. I want to thank every one of our partners and their teams for their passion and support during a demanding year, and take a moment to reflect on our combined achievements as we get ready for the next, exciting chapter together.
Patrick McGillycuddy
Managing Director, JLR (UK)
