Land Rover Brand Loyalists to Get First Preview of Exclusive New Range Rover Long-Wheelbase Autobiography Black Edition at Private Beverly Hills Estate

14 November 2013

Before the hustle and bustle of the Los Angeles Auto Show press day on November 20, a select group of approximately 75 Range Rover owners will be the first in the world to be introduced to Land Rover’s newest, and most exclusive luxury model ever, the Range Rover Long-Wheelbase Autobiography Black. The private invitation preview event, taking place on Monday November 18, will be graciously hosted by a loyal Range Rover owner at their one-of-a-kind multi-acre Beverly Hills estate. The property features four separate residences within the main gate, private polo fields, horse stables, a man-made lake and swimming pools. Guests will also enjoy a custom culinary experience with renowned L.A. Chef Josef Centeno of Bäco Mercat.

“Our owners take a great deal of interest anytime we are introducing a new model or special edition,” said Kim McCullough, Brand Vice President, Land Rover North America. “We are so pleased that we are able to share this private moment in advance of the public reveal, at one of our owner’s spectacular homes and amongst friends. The evening will match in every way the unique bespoke qualities of the Range Rover LWB Autobiography Black edition.”

The new Range Rover LWB Autobiography Black edition, debuting at the event, meets strong global demand for enhanced luxury, rear seat ambiance and exclusivity at the pinnacle of the Range Rover line-up. Land Rover is dedicated to providing its loyal customers with the most luxurious experiences and this upcoming occasion is no exception.

With nearly eight inches more rear seat legroom than standard-wheelbase models and an increased seatback recline of 17 degrees, the Range Rover LWB Autobiography Black edition creates an atmosphere of indulgence for the vehicle’s drivers and passengers.

This new edition is the pinnacle of the Range Rover line-up and has a carefully crafted and tailored interior to meet customer needs with subtle but distinctive detailing. Rear passengers will also benefit from the addition of lumbar massage powered recline and 10.2” rear seat entertainment screens featuring navigation journey displays.

This event leads into the car's debut at the L.A. Auto Show where it will be unveiled publicly on Wednesday, November 20. For more information on the Range Rover LWB Autobiography Black edition, click here.
