Upon receipt of the written notification containing the information as outlined in 1 through 6 above:

Counter Notification:
If you believe your content was misidentified as infringing, you may file a counter-notification. • Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, the judicial district in which Jaguar Land Rover North America, LLC is located, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification or an agent of such person.
   

Upon receipt of a Counter Notification containing the information as outlined in 1 through 4 above:

• Jaguar Land Rover North America, LLC will promptly provide the complaining party with a copy of the Counter Notification;
• Jaguar Land Rover North America, LLC will inform the complaining party that it will replace the removed material or cease disabling access to it within ten (10) business days;
• Jaguar Land Rover North America, LLC will replace the removed material or cease disabling access to the material within ten (10) to fourteen (14) business days following receipt of the Counter Notification, provided Jaguar Land Rover North America, LLC's agent has not received notice from the complaining party that an action has been filed seeking a court order to restrain the alleged Infringer from engaging in infringing activity relating to the material on the Site.
   

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use and any amendments or revisions shall be governed by applicable federal law and the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any case, controversy, suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, in connection with, or related to these Terms of Use shall be brought in the federal court for the District of New Jersey.
