Jaguar Land Rover Marked to End Year on High Note

23 December 2015

Impressive low-speed torque, up to 650 miles between fill-ups and great towing capability...

While most of us are in the final throes of holiday preparations, the last few days of 2015 at our U.S. dealerships are expected to see a sales surge that should cap a fantastic year and set the tone for the next. The year 2015 will go down in the record books for Land Rover, and 2016 is shaping up nicely as well, especially for Jaguar with the addition of the Jaguar XE and F-PACE. When the XE and F-PACE arrive next summer, they will join the all-new XF, XJ and F-TYPE to give Jaguar its broadest lineup ever.

So far, this year in the U.S., Land Rover has achieved what few, if any, other brands will enjoy. We have already sold 62,141 Land Rover SUVs smashing our previous full year Land Rover U.S. sales record (51,465 set in 2014). Thus when we report sales January 5, we will set a markedly increased new Land Rover U.S. high water mark with increases across every product.

With sales up 36 percent year to date this year (through November), Automotive News has listed Land Rover #1 biggest gainer for the year. With December typically our largest volume month of the year, Land Rover has the chance, when the final sales are tallied, to be the fastest growing brand in America for 2015.

While we will wait till January 5 to see the final results, there is no question 2015 will be viewed as a milestone year for the Land Rover brand and a harbinger of great things to come for Jaguar Land Rover in the U.S.

As the holidays approach, we at Jaguar Land Rover wish you all a happy and safe holiday season. We will see you after the New Year.
