MAHWAH, N.J. ‑ (February 15, 2012) ‑ Land Rover North America
announced today that Range Rover will celebrate New York's Fall
2012 Fashion Week as the official automotive sponsor of Marchesa's
Fall 2012 fashion show. The brand has previously served as the
official automotive sponsor of Marchesa's Spring 2012, Fall 2011,

"Land Rover always looks forward to the energy, excitement and
amazing style that this week of fashion brings to New York. We are
very pleased to once again partner with Marchesa, a brand that
shares the characteristics and values of our Range Rover vehicles,
namely those of luxury, quality and style, and offer our top
consumers an exclusive opportunity to experience fashion at its
finest," said Kim McCullough, Brand Vice President, Land Rover
North America.
As the official automotive sponsor for the Marchesa show, Range
Rover will provide transportation for VIP and celebrity guests
attending today's fashion show at New York's historic Plaza Hotel.
Additionally, Range Rover will provide a select group of brand
loyalists with the opportunity to attend this exclusive show and
mingle with New York's fashion elite.
Marchesa designer and co‑founder Georgina Chapman has also worked
with Range Rover as one of the brand's "City Shapers," a group of
global influencers that participated in the 2011 launch of the
Range Rover Evoque by sharing newsworthy comments and photos about
their city, the events they attend and, ultimately, their thoughts
on the car. An interview with Chapman on the Range Rover Evoque,

The 2012 Range Rover Evoque targets a new generation of brand

responsible design.
The Range Rover Evoque is available in two versions: a coupe and a
five‑door, equipped with all‑wheel drive and features a
240‑horsepower, turbocharged, direct fuel injected, four‑cylinder
engine coupled to a six‑speed automatic transmission.
