The optimum time of 11 minutes and 6 seconds was set for competitors to jump around the daunting cross country course today and William Coleman, riding Obos O'Reilly, owned by himself and Four Star Eventing Group, was within 2 seconds finishing in 11 minutes 4 seconds to win the 24 month lease.

"It was exciting to watch Will win the vehicle today on Obos O'Reilly as his horse made it's four star debut here this weekend and finishing within two seconds of the optimum time, is quite an achievement," says Kim McCullough, Vice President of Marketing, Jaguar Land Rover North America, LLC. "Testing his new vehicle on the test drive course today means Will is one of the first people in the country to experience this new vehicle."

"I'm very excited to win the Best Ride of the Day and the car, I'll probably get to look at it here before my wife takes it," says William Coleman. "The way the Land Rovers respond to the terrain, it's like someone else is driving for you. I feel very, very lucky right now."

The 2015 Discovery Sport is a versatile premium compact SUV that is the first member of the new Discovery vehicle family. A dynamic design with a compact footprint provides seven‑passenger seating in an available "5+2" configuration. The 2015 Discovery Sport delivers a combination of performance and efficiency thanks to a body shell of high‑strength steel and lightweight aluminum, a 240hp turbocharged 2.0‑liter engine, nine‑speed automatic transmission and standard all‑wheel drive.

In addition to presenting the vehicle lease, Land Rover hosted their annual "Land Rover Tailgate Challenge" as part of its continued support of the event.

The winners, Eric and Bridget Williams, took the top prize for the most creative tailgate party with their intricate display featuring Harrods tea and British tea cups impressing the judges ‑ Kim McCullough, Vice President of Marketing, Jaguar Land Rover North America, LLC., and Scott Carling, Managing Director, Sponsorships and Sales, United States Equestrian Federation.

"We are thrilled to win first place again and can't wait to come back next year to defend our 'three‑peat!' said Eric and Bridget Williams. "Our theme was inspired by the Kentucky and British high tea ‑ and ours was a hybrid of the two, so we created a Kentuck‑tea."
